Refund and Cancellation Policy

RomanceWriter.ai is not yet open for paid subscriptions. This policy describes how billing, cancellation, and refunds will work once the service launches. No charges are made during the pre-launch period.

1. Subscriptions

At launch, RomanceWriter.ai will be offered as a monthly subscription that includes a usage allowance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, or you had a genuine problem with the service, contact [email protected] and we will review your situation in good faith.

4. Allowances and add-ons

One-time add-ons or top-up allowances are non-refundable once they have been used. Unused add-ons may be refundable at our discretion.

5. Billing questions

For any billing or payment question, email [email protected]. Final billing terms, including the exact refund window, will be confirmed when payment processing goes live and may be adjusted to meet payment-provider requirements.
